TopKontrol is a digital (IOT) system that ensures the highest quality and performance of the diecutting process. Consisting of a computer, a camera and a microchip in each die, it monitors production and identifies errors in real time and without the need for personnel.

If not detected, die-cutting tool wear can jeopardise the entire production. Thanks to an algorithm and machine learning, TopKontrol predicts the actual performance duration of a die and tells you when it is time to intervene. It thus allows you to schedule service intervention when a die wear threshold calculated on the frequency of errors is reached.
